LED Light Geometry

LED light core with 14Nr LED chips and lenses. The geometry is provided in STEP (.stp) and Parasolid (.x_t) formats together with a simulation guide in a zip file to download. The assembly has four parts including an ambient air volume to place boundary conditions in the simulation tool.

Model properties:

  • In STEP (.stp) and Parasolid (.x_t) file formats,
  • Assembly of four parts: LED assembly (chip and lens) arranged on a PCB, frame, heatsink and ambient air volume,
  • LED light assembly is positioned closer to the intended inlet of the ambeint volume,
  • Full model but can be halved for a symmetric arrangement,
  • The package contains a pdf guide to help you set up the simulation, showing you the necessary boundary condition types, material properties and solver settings.
